Knipe House

This historic house originally owned by Leighton G. Knipe is almost the geographic center of the Roosevelt Row Arts District and the house has been standing since 1909.  Blue Lantern helped guide the development team to win a request for proposals (RFP) with the City of Phoenix with the vision to repurpose the house into a food and beverage destination.  After rehabilitating the core and shell with Architect Bob Graham of Motley Design Group and the interiors with ProjX, the development team sold the building to local restauranteur, Sottise, who have made the restaurant a destination in the neighborhood for years to come.
