Role: Development Services, Project Management for Landlord Core/Shell 

The development team was eager to adaptively reuse and breath new life into this existing bunglow duplex and garage.  The existing bungalow was almost completely rebuilt to preserve the original design and add a full-service restaurant, kitchen, and outdoor patio.  Then the back garage was designed to be a hidden bar with an entrance off the alley that could cater to the curious cocktail enthusiast.  218 E Portland is home to Lom Wong, a restaurant celebrating the diverse peoples and cultures of Thailand, and Khla, an Asian-Inspired cocktail bar.
