Role: Development Services, Project Management for Landlord Core/Shell
Able to see past the rough existing condition of the building, the development team and Blue Lantern stripped the existing warehouse building down to its beautiful wood bowtruss ceiling, existing brick/block exterior, and found a tenant to match their enthusiasm for the building and the location. Flagship Resturant group brought the building to life with 3 different concepts including - Cham Pang Lanes, Palma, and Ghost Donkey. All the 3 concepts have a completely different design and style, but they function seamlessly with a shared kitchen, shared back-of-house spaces, and all under one roof.
